The top executive shared key qualities that he mainly looks for in a candidate: the ability to moible number data collaborate with colleagues, creativity, curiosity and extensive experience in his field of activity. We believe that every talented employee is very important to the company, but two strong people working together can do amazing work, and small teams can do incredible things," said Tim Cook.



The CEO pointed out that different perspectives facilitate the development of ideas, and that it is the collaboration of employees with different backgrounds that contributes to about how it's been thought about before, the senior manager said. Therefore, companies are looking for people who can solve problems, see them from different perspectives and use their creativity to find new and effective solutions.
